The company has multiple data centers throughout the United States, with locations in Oregon, Iowa, Colorado, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Arizona, and New Jersey. OneNeck is focused on serving mid-market and enterprise companies, delivering a full suite of IT solutions to end users. OneNeck was acquired by Telephone and Data Systems, Inc in 2011, and the name was changed to OneNeck IT Solutions. The company acquired BendBroadband and The Vault in September of 2014, immediately providing services to Oregon customers. One Neck has also acquired the following companies over the last five years: MSN Communications, Inc. (Englewood, CO), Vital Support Systems (Des Moines, IA), Team Technologies (Madison, WI), VISI Incorporated (Minneapolis, MN).
