TierPoint operates this data center at 99 TW Alexander Drive in Durham. The 70,000 SF building has delivered 1,000 kW to the market, with an additional 2,400 kW master-planned. Customers have a range of connectivity options at the facility to fiber providers like Segra, Zayo and Level 3 (Lumen Technologies). To ensure continuity of service, the facility maintains 2N generator redundancy.
