Overview
T5 Data Centers recently announced their intention to build a new facility at 1456 Trae Lane in Lithia Springs. Once built out, we expect the facility to offer 20,000 kW spread across the building’s 162,500 SF footprint. The data center is designed for N+1 cooling redundancy to maintain temperature control. Carriers including Comcast, CenturyLink and EarthLink are expected to be accessible to T5@Atlanta, Bldg 1 users.
