907 Security Row is one of the featured data center buildings at Digital Realty's Datacenter Park, located in Richardson, TX. Construction began on the building in October of 2014, which will accommodate seven pods of 1200 kW IT Load each at full build out. They plan to deliver one pod and 1200 kW by July of 2015. Datacenter Park Dallas is a 68 acre campus that is master-planned to include ten data center properties. Digital Realty bought the site in 2010 and immediately began development. The fully gated and secure campus has its own on site, private substation capable of delivering over 100 MW of power.
