Iron Mountain Data Centers is currently under construction with their VA-3 data center in the Northern Virginia market. Once complete, the total building footprint will come to 165,000 SF. Infrastructure redundancies are expected to come in at N+1 for generators, N+1 for cooling, and N+1 for UPS. We expect future customers at VA-3 to be able to easily access cloud related services including Megaport.
